Thomas Chavez

Area Representative

Thomas joined the staff in 2024 and serves as the primary leader for student leaders and coaches in the North Metro Denver area. A Colorado native, his love for the mountains and the winter landscape runs deep. Thomas and his wife have been married since 2014 and have one son, who is an avid sports enthusiast. Thomas is passionate about seeing students leading students and witnessing lives transformed by Jesus. He operates with the conviction that we are all called to "Go and make disciples of all nations," pouring into student leaders to help them become disciple-makers who, in turn, make more disciples.

Grace Lee

Ambassador

Grace came on staff in 2025 and serves as an Ambassador for the area. While originally from the East Coast and accustomed to moving frequently, Grace immediately fell in love with Colorado and its magnificent mountains and nature. Growing up in a large family with four brothers and one sister, she was constantly surrounded by sports. Her background includes playing various sports, coaching at several camps, and currently working as an Athletic Trainer. Grace is passionate about ensuring every athlete and young person knows they are   more than their performance on the field or in the classroom. This conviction—that God sees, chooses, and loves them—is rooted in her favorite verse, Jeremiah 29:11, a reminder that God has a plan and purpose for everyone's life.
